- In a pan heat the oil add the mustard seeds once it's done add the mint leaves and curry leaves.add one TSP kashmiri chilli and add the chicken and mix well
- Close the lid and cook under slow flame.once chicken is cooked open the lid and slow cook untill the water evaporates.
