  1. First of all we will knead the maida dough for samosa, in a big mixing bowl add, maida,salt, carom seeds and oil, mix everything nicely then with the help of water knead a semi soft dough,cover and keef for rest at least 15 minutes.
  2. In deep fry pan heat oil and add chopped onion sauté till translucent then add chicken mince,mix it well and leave for some time.
  3. When chicken mince changes its colour to white then add ginger garlic paste,salsas per taste, cover and cook 2-3 minutes. Now add all the powder spices to the pan and mix well, cover and cook for till oil separates,later add chopped coriander leaves and chicken keema is ready.
  4. Now we will prepare filling, in chicken keema we will add chopped onion,coriander leaves,green chillies, squeeze 1/4 lemon and mix it well, adjust the salt if needed.

Now we will distribute the dough in 8 - 10 peace’s and roll out the dough in to the medium size thin disc, stuff the filling into half of its portion cover from half of the disc and with the help of finger press the edge gently and make design by pinching and twisting all along the sealed edge. Make all the samosa in same way.
  6. Now in Air fryer fry it on 200* C for 15 minutes. You can fry it also in fry pan.
