  2. Heat mustard oil in a wok.Sprinkle hing and ajwain. Add chopped onion and ginger julienne and fry golden brown.Add chopped tomato and toss till tomato is soft.Add ginger garlic paste,tomato puree, kasoori methi,kashmiri red chilli powder,salt to taste.Toss all and add the chicken and mixed dal.Bring to boil.Add meat masala and garam masala.Garnish with chopped coriander and slit green chillies.Serve with roti or paratha or any other Indian flat bread.
