  14. 1 tsp dhania powder,
  15. 3 tbsp rice flour,
  16. 1 tbsp corn flour,

  18. 6 green chilli slitted,
  19. 1 tbsp crushed garlic,
  20. . 1/2 tsp salt,
  21. as required . Few curry leaves,
  22. 1 tsp black pepper powder,
  23. as required Oil for frying,

Steps to make to make Chicken 65

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add chicken.
  2. Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder & curd, mix well.
  3. In goes all the given ingredients of marination one by one, mix it thoroughly. Rest it for 1 hour.
  4. Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
  5. Drop chicken pcs one by one, moderate the flame, deep fry it until light brown.
  6. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.
  7. Now take another wok, add 3 tbsp oil, heat it.
  8. Add garlic & green chilli, saute it for 2 minutes.
  9. Now add curry patta, saute it for a minute. In goes salt also.
  10. Now add fried chicken, sprinkle black pepper powder, toss it for 2 minutes.
  11. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with curry patta.
  12. To make it more crispy, you can add 1 beaten egg in the marination.
  13. You can make the tempering with curd mixed with 1/2 tsp rice flour, red chilli powder, haldi & lil salt. In that case it will become a lil more spicy.
