Instructions to make to make Chicken Haleem
- Thoroughly wash and soak all the lentils and oats for overnight

- In a big pot, bring water to boil and add all the lentils and oats in it. Let it cook on medium flame till everything is cooked properly. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste.
- Brown the onions for garnish and keep aside. To the same oil, add the chicken pieces and cook till the colour changes.

- Add the spices and ginger garlic paste to it. Mix well and cook till the oil comes up.
