- Heat oil add onion fry till it turns transparent. (brown nahi krna hy)
Add zeera curry leaves and button red chilli fry for few seconds - Add ginger garlic paste sauté for a minute add chicken and fry till it change its colour.
Add red chilli flakes, chilli powder, turmeric powder salt and blended tomatoes, bhonofy well - Add palak,mix and cover it. Cook on high flame until it gets dry and oil becomes separated.

Fry garlic in ghee and give tarka before serving.
